Refund And Return Policy
Hand-Tied Flies
- Because each fly is hand-tied to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds on flies unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll work with you to make it right (replacement or store credit).
Merchandise (Apparel, Hats, Gear, etc.)
- We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error on your order).
Custom Orders
- Custom-tied flies or personalized merchandise are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at guide@driftlessguide.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll provide instructions for returning or replacing your item.
